We’re launching an exciting new division focused on London Core , and we’re looking for an exceptional lettings leader to join Connells Group as a Lettings Area Manager . Leading several high-performing lettings branches across this key region, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of the division from the ground up.

The Role
As Lettings Area Manager, no two days will look the same. You'll be at the heart of an exciting growth journey, creating energy, momentum and performance across your region. You will:
- Coaching, developing and effectively managing all employees to ensure performance is optimised across the region.
- Ensuring employee engagement is maximised through action planning, proactive recruitment, minimising attrition and driving retention across your teams.
- Managing, monitoring and reporting on regional performance against agreed financial business indicators, including P&L performance and set lettings metrics, to ensure delivery of income targets.
- Taking appropriate action with branches trading below budget or underperforming against expectations.
- Growing market share significantly by adopting proactive working practices and identifying business growth opportunities.
- Supporting and developing Lettings Managers to create high-performing, customer-focused teams.
- Driving compliance and ensuring all branches operate in line with current lettings legislation and company standards.
About You
You're a natural leader with the credibility, drive and ambition to inspire others. You'll bring:
- Demonstrable experience of building and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced and demanding environments.
- A successful background within a lettings or estate agency environment.
- Proven ability to influence, shape and lead meaningful change.
- Inspirational leadership ability, combined with approachability and authenticity.
- Strong commercial awareness with significant P&L accountability and exposure.
- A passion for coaching, developing and retaining top talent.
