What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting students with a range of special educational needs in small, dynamic classes
• Bringing creativity into lessons—whether through art, music, movement or sensory activities
• Working closely with teachers and therapists to adapt learning to individual needs
• Helping students grow in confidence, independence and community involvement

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (or a genuine passion to learn)
• A creative, proactive mindset—ready to think outside the box
• Patience, empathy and a strong team spirit
• Commitment to long-term work, helping students achieve and celebrate their progress

• Hours: Monday to Friday, full school day
• Location: Mitcham, Surrey
• Start date: Immediate or after half term

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
