The role will be working with our studio: Tripeldot Games Tripledot Games is a leading developer and publisher of casual and puzzle games, with a strong presence in London, Warsaw and Barcelona. The studio is responsible for multiple top 10 titles including Woodoku, Woodoku Blast, Solitaire and TripleTile. Our best-in-class data-driven approach spans the entire lifecycle from publishing to machine learning puzzle levels, helping us make fast, smart decisions at every stage of development. We are also one of the largest IAA operators worldwide. Tripledot Games is a diverse and collaborative studio, home to people from over 36 nationalities. Role Overview You will be using real-time data, industry trends, your wits and experience to make product decisions. Refining ideas through experimentation and iteration, using data to validate your hypothesis. In this role you will deep-dive into our vast amount of real-time data in order to support your hunches and product decisions. You will have a firm grasp of your product KPIs and an understanding of your players and their journeys. Key Responsibilities- Identify areas for improvement; make hypotheses; plan, execute and analyse A/B tests to improve business metrics.
- Analyse large, complex data sets representing the behaviour of millions of mobile game players to address strategic and operational business questions.
- Conduct user behaviour deep dives, identifying patterns in critical usage aspects such as playing, purchasing and churning.
- Use pre/post analyses to understand how product and ecosystem changes are affecting users and the business.
- Work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to define meaningful metrics and KPIs.
- Define and build user segments that deliver business value.
- Partner with and support Live Operations analysts in defining pricing policy and game economy.
- Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from game data to shape features and future product roadmaps
- Experience or interest in Casual Mobile games.
- Strong analytical thinker, able to deep dive into details as well as command a holistic view of a product.
- Experience reading and creating dashboards in order to gain a better understanding of a product.
- Experience with visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Excel and solid SQL capabilities.
- Ability to make decisions on product roadmaps, features & strategies based on data, market trends & experience.
- Incredible communication skills, ability to articulate complicated data concisely and ask the right questions to understand requirements.
- Intellectual curiosity, analytical rigour, high attention to detail, and a good business intuition.
- Methodical and logical approach to solving business problems.
- Experience defining metrics and building visualisations.
- A strong interest in the mobile games industry.
