A welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in West London is seeking a highly organised and compassionate Welfare Administrator to join the school on a temporary basis with an immediate start.
This is a vital position within the school’s pastoral and safeguarding structure, providing day-to-day administrative and welfare support to students and staff. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the medical room, supporting student wellbeing, maintaining welfare records, and assisting with first aid across the school day.
The school has a strong focus on inclusion, student support, and pastoral care, and is looking for a Welfare Administrator who can remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and provide a caring and professional presence for students.
The successful candidate Welfare Administrator will:
* Have previous administrative experience within a school, healthcare, welfare, or pastoral setting
* Be confident managing welfare records and handling sensitive information
* Have strong organisational and communication skills
* Be approachable, empathetic, and able to work effectively with students, staff, and parents
* Hold a valid First Aid qualification or be willing to undertake First Aid training as part of the role
* Reside in or be able to travel to West London
