We're looking for a Sr Technical Program Manager that wants to shape the future of marketing at Prime Video and Studios. As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, you’ll have ownership of programs where stakeholder engagement and cross-team coordination required to deliver long-term solutions for our marketing production partners. Key job responsibilities- Own the planning, execution, and delivery of highly visible, complex service programs across Prime Video.
- Define technical program goals, success criteria, mechanisms and other artifacts.
- Refine large initiatives into manageable components and drive their delivery across multiple engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to manage dependencies and ensure coordinated execution.
- Build mechanisms that scale program delivery, including dashboards, operating reviews, communication frameworks, and risk management models.
- Drive resolution of technical and operational issues through influence and judgment, escalating when needed to ensure alignment and velocity.
- Use data to evaluate program health and prioritize improvements in delivery speed, quality, and reliability.
- Lead and facilitate decision-making across multiple teams while aligning business and engineering goals.
- Champion collaboration, transparency, and accountability across stakeholder groups with diverse perspectives and goals. A day in the life
A day in the life of this Sr TPM includes driving alignment across engineering, product and business operations to deliver scalable automation programs. You'll lead technical discussions, resolve blockers, and manage risks while keeping stakeholders informed through clear communications and metrics. Expect to dive deep into program health, prioritize competing initiatives and influence technical decisions that shape marketing’s supply chain. You'll coordinate across global teams, facilitate readiness and continuously improve how we build and deliver platforms that support the needs of business partners. About the team
The Business Operations Transformation team supports our marketing supply chain, business teams, and engineering teams. Our team builds and sustains scalable solutions for our marketing workflows. We prioritize scalability, security, cost-efficiency, and governance. We're hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs that deliver critical priorities in our tech transformation long range plan. You’ll work across engineering, product, security, and operations teams to build and operationalize programs with long-term impact.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in technical product or program management- Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience in analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience
