What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing FOH team, ensuring professionalism and passion shine through every service.
Create a warm, exclusive, and attentive atmosphere tailored to members, handling feedback with discretion and efficiency.
Oversee daily operations, including staffing rotas, shift planning, stock management, and cashing up.
Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, hygiene, and licensing compliance.
Support budget management and profitability, monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to enhance the member experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with members, clients, and internal stakeholders, representing the venue with confidence.

What You Bring:
3+ years experience in senior restaurant or hospitality management, ideally in premium or multi-venue settings.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, polished and discreet.
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to solve problems calmly under pressure.
Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and creating memorable experiences.
