SEN Teaching Assistant - Immediate Start

A specialist setting in South London is seeking a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. This is a full-time role supporting pupils with autism, SEMH, and complex learning needs across KS2-KS4.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored support to pupils with diverse SEN profiles
- Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement EHCP targets
- Promote emotional regulation, independence, and positive behaviour
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Uphold safeguarding and school policies with consistency and care

Ideal Candidate
- Experience in SEN or specialist settings (school, residential, or youth work)
- Calm, resilient, and adaptable approach to pupil needs
- Understanding of autism, SEMH, and sensory processing
- Minimum of GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above
- DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
