The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, alongside a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

As a Barback at Tobi Masa, you will play a vital role in supporting our talented bar team. You will ensure the bar runs smoothly by maintaining stock, keeping the workspace organised, and assisting bartenders in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role offers the opportunity to learn from some of the best mixologists in London and to be part of one of the city’s most exciting new bar destinations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the bartenders in delivering seamless and efficient service.

• Maintaining bar stock levels and ensuring everything is replenished promptly.

• Keeping the bar area clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.

• Assisting with preparation of garnishes, glassware, and tools ahead of service.

• Proactively anticipating team needs to ensure a smooth guest experience.

• Demonstrating professionalism and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

About You

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is an advantage, but not essential.

• Enthusiastic, hardworking, and eager to learn.

• A strong team player with excellent communication skills.

• Organised, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.

• Passionate about hospitality, with a desire to grow within the industry.
