EA to Founders - Fast Growth AI Platform
We have an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growth, VC-backed AI company as its first Executive Assistant. Founded 2 years ago, the business has recently completed a 2 nd funding round and is experiencing exceptional growth, with revenue tripling in the last three weeks alone.
Based in Central London, you will be joining a dynamic team of 35 staff with plans to grow to 100 by the end of the year.
Supporting all 3 founders initially, but with the likelihood of providing more focused support to 1-2 founders soon, with further growth, you will take ownership of complex calendar and inbox management, extensive international travel coordination, stakeholder and investor communications, and a broad range of business support responsibilities. This is a unique opportunity to help build the EA function from the ground up.
We are looking for a dynamic, highly organised EA with experience working in a rapidly changing startup or scale-up environment.
