Banking Lawyer – Real Estate Finance (2–4 PQE)

Accuflex is working with a leading international law firm to hire a Banking Lawyer into its Tier 1-ranked Real Estate Finance team in London .

This is an excellent opportunity for a 2–4 PQE lawyer to step into a high-performing team and gain exposure to complex, high-value real estate finance transactions , alongside a broader range of financing work.

You will work alongside highly regarded partners advising institutional lenders, global investors, and major sponsors across a range of asset classes.

The Role

You will:

• Support on real estate finance transactions acting for lenders and borrowers
• Draft and review finance documents including facility agreements and security packages
• Assist with transaction management and deal execution
• Work closely with real estate, tax, and corporate teams
• Develop strong client relationships and commercial awareness

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales), 2–4 PQE
• Experience in real estate finance or broader banking & finance
• Trained at or currently working within a recognised law firm
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Commercial mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
