School Administrative Assistant Vacancy in Barking (Hybrid)
A specialist and highly respected school in Barking is seeking to appoint a dedicated and organised Administrative Assistant to join its supportive and welcoming team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the assessment service
Provide administrative support to the therapy department
Support the main school office, including some reception duties
Set up new pupils on Arbor management system
Organise parental visits and book pupil assessments
Maintain accurate records and confidential documentation
Liaise professionally with parents, staff and external agencies

The ideal candidate will have:
Previous administration experience, ideally within education or healthcare
Strong IT skills, ideally including experience with Arbor or similar systems
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Professional communication skills with a friendly manner
Ability to manage confidential information sensitively and accurately
