The Role
You’ll join a dynamic Employment team that advises a diverse client base including major corporates, high-profile individuals and innovative businesses. The work spans contentious and non-contentious matters including:
- Employment litigation and dispute resolution
- Strategic HR and workforce planning advice
- Executive terminations and senior-level negotiations
- TUPE, restructuring and redundancy projects
- Employment aspects of corporate transactions

Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years PQE in employment law (contentious and advisory experience essential)
- Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage complex matters and mentor junior lawyers
- Interest in building client relationships and contributing to team growth
