Access Space Team

You will join our Access Space team, working with leading civil space, communications, and technology clients. You will manage end‑to‑end delivery of workstreams and lead small teams, combining core consulting skills with a solid understanding of the New Space Economy and connectivity markets

What you can expect to be doing:

Lead and deliver complex, multi‑stakeholder strategy and transformation projects for space clients, including the use of space capabilities in civil and commercial operations.

  • Shape and own project workstreams, ensuring robust analysis, clear storylines, and high‑quality deliverables.

  • Conduct market, policy, and technology research on space market trends, turning insight into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Play a sensing role in the market, identifying emerging opportunities and feeding structured recommendations into the Space leadership on how Access Partnership can better anticipate and respond to client needs.

  • Design and facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with senior stakeholders.

  • Develop concise, compelling presentations and reports that articulate options, recommendations, and expected impact.

  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as a recognised advisor on space market issues.

  • Contribute to go‑to‑market and eminence activities, including proposals, thought leadership, and events.

  • Coach and support junior team members, helping to create a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

What you will bring:

Essential

  • Experience in strategy, policy, commercial, or advisory roles, ideally with exposure to space, satellites, or connectivity.

  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous issues and synthesise qualitative and quantitative evidence.

  • Demonstrated workstream or project management experience, delivering to tight timelines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing client‑ready outputs.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Comfortable working in fast‑moving environments where regulation, technology, and market dynamics are evolving.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with new space markets (e.g. NTNs, direct‑to‑device, spaceports, national space programmes, or space‑enabled applications).

  • Understanding of how policy, regulation, and commercial decisions interact in the space sector.

  • Experience supporting governments, regulators, operators, investors, or high‑growth ventures on strategic or regulatory topics.

  • An existing network in the space ecosystem in the UK or internationally.

What We Offer:

Our diverse international client base of technology giants and start-ups will provide the opportunity to work on multiple international projects on behalf of some of the industry’s leading companies.
