Role Summary and Impact
Goat is WPP Media’s influencer solution, helping global brands harness the power of social and creator-led content to deliver measurable impact. Recognised as a global leader in the space, we deliver award-winning campaigns in more than 70 countries. With over 650 social natives worldwide, we create ambitious influencer programmes from tactical activations to long-term partnerships, designed to drive awareness, engagement and conversions across the full marketing funnel.
This is a key operational role at the heart of our Strategy team and new business function. As Junior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for keeping projects, resources, and timelines running smoothly, ensuring the right people are allocated to the right work at the right time. You’ll act as the central point of coordination for strategy team capacity, helping manage the flow of new business proposals, RFPs, and internal communications.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive, with a passion for process, planning, and making things happen efficiently. You’ll work closely with Strategy, Business Development, Account Management, Campaigns, and Paid Media teams to support delivery, improve visibility, and help drive the success of our new business pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Strategy team’s resourcing, workload planning, and day-to-day project coordination.
- Manage the intake of new briefs and help allocate the right people to the right projects.
- Own and maintain Monday.com boards, ensuring tasks, timelines, and status updates are accurate and up to date.
- Schedule and coordinate proposal and project meetings, making sure all key stakeholders are aligned.
- Support RFP and RFI activity with administration, tracking, and timely follow-up.
- Produce resource and capacity updates for leadership and relevant teams.
- Maintain resource maps and help identify ways to improve planning, efficiency, and process.
- Work closely with Strategy, Sales, Account Management, Campaigns, and Paid Media teams to keep new business moving smoothly.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in project management, resource management, operations, or a similar role.
- Highly organised with excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with project tracking systems such as Monday.com.
- Clear communicator with strong written, verbal, and note-taking skills.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing timelines across teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; HubSpot experience is a bonus.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and interest in improving processes.
- Understanding of agency workflows and new business processes is advantageous.
