The firm’s primary speciality is providing corporate and personal tax and financial advice to large corporations, SMEs, and private individuals.

The firm provides a wide range of services to its clients, including:

• Tax compliance for UK residents and non-UK domiciliary.
• Tax planning and advisory services.
• Assisting with employment taxation structures.
• Offshore company administration.
• Mitigating capital gains and inheritance taxes.
• Handling complex tax enquiries.

What You’ll Do

As a private client tax manager, the primary responsibilities of your role will be:

• To provide an exceptional level of tax compliance and tax advisory services to the firm’s UK and non-UK domiciled high net worth clients.
• To oversee the work of more junior staff members and support their personal and professional development.

On a day-to-day basis, your duties will include:

• Oversee tax returns prepared by the firm’s consultants and other staff members, providing technical support and input when appropriate.
• Review clients’ existing tax structures and, where possible, identify restructuring opportunities to discuss with the client or client partner.
• Use your extensive tax expertise to provide estate planning, wealth restructuring, inheritance tax planning, and domicile issue tax advisory services to clients.
