Junior Research Analyst- Graduate Program

Sharegain
London

About us

Sharegain began with one question: If the largest institutions solely exercise the right to lend their stocks, bonds, and ETFs, what would it take to unlock this revenue opportunity for every investor?

Our team of experts in the UK, US and Israel built the solution: a platform that empowers online brokers, private banks, and wealth managers to offer securities lending to their clients. We call it SLaaS: Securities Lending as a Service. It’s a fully digital, customizable, end-to-end solution that automates front- and back-office operations. Institutions and investors are now free to earn more from what they own.

Every Sharegainer has their own backstory, but we all share an ambition to do things differently – bigger, better, and greater. Together we’re on a mission to democratize capital markets by building a more liquid world. The more we share, the more we all gain.

About the role

We are looking for ambitious, motivated, and enthusiastic Junior Research Analysts to join our leading capital markets FinTech in London.

This is a three-month intensive graduate program designed to launch your career, you will receive coaching, feedback and a clear path to a permanent Analyst role for those who excel.

Your role will be to support our global expansion efforts, supporting the sales, operations, product, marketing, and trading teams. As an individual, you are a self-driven and ambitious team player, who collaborates with colleagues to achieve outstanding results.

  • Conduct high level market research to identify current trends and opportunities.

  • Deep dive research on specific companies and individuals.

  • Assist the trading and operations teams in analysing the performance of specific client portfolios.

  • Create information materials to support the sales and marketing team.

  • Familiarity using the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non- academic activities.

  • High levels of accountability and a desire to take projects from start to finish.

  • Short work experience/internships are considered as a plus.

Sharegain is an equal opportunity employer. Employees and contractors, as well as prospective employees and contractors, will all be treated equally and fairly. We are passionate in our belief that a diverse workforce is central to our success, and we are proud to reflect this within our recruiting processes.
