We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Team Lead to join our Engineering team.

Title:  Dynamics 365 Team Lead

Salary: £66,000 - £70,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London

As the Dynamics 365 Team Lead, you’ll head a talented team of three developers, setting the technical direction for our Dynamics and Power Platform solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Anthony Nolan, designing and delivering new functionality within Agile teams, and ensuring our technology supports the charity’s ambitious strategy. This role offers the freedom to influence architecture, champion best practices, and drive integration and automation that are critical to our future success.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead the design, configuration, and development of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, ensuring clear architectural direction
• Own architectural decisions for the Dynamics and Power Platform estate, including solution design, integration, security, and data models
• Provide line management and mentoring for three Dynamics/Power Platform developers.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to refine requirements and propose technical solutions
• Oversee Azure components supporting Dynamics and Power Platform, including Functions, Logic Apps, APIs, and identity configurations
• Ensure reliable and secure integrations between Dynamics/Power Platform and other enterprise systems using modern API and Azure-based patterns
