PA - Education Sector
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised PA with a background in the education sector to support senior leadership within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional PA who thrives on managing priorities, coordinating complex schedules, and acting as a trusted point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and diary management support to senior stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes
- Manage correspondence, reports, and confidential documentation
- Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders
- Support project work and ensure key deadlines are met
About You:
- Proven PA or EA experience within the education sector (school, college, university, or education organisation)
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Discreet, professional, and well presented
- Confident using Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
- Able to work independently in a hybrid environment while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
