Daily pay: £82.14 - £100

About the Role - SEN Teaching Assistant

• Work 1:1 with a Year 1 pupil as an SEN Teaching Assistant
• Support learning, emotional development, and classroom participation
• Adapt materials and tasks to suit individual needs as an SEN Teaching Assistant
• Collaborate with SENCO and class teacher to implement tailored strategies
• Full-time, long-term SEN Teaching Assistant role until July 2026

Ideal Candidate - SEN Teaching Assistant

• Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or similar
• Skilled at managing challenging behaviour in a calm, consistent way
• Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about supporting SEN pupils
• Good literacy and communication skills, vital for an SEN Teaching Assistant
• Enhanced DBS required (or willing to apply)
