We are now looking for a passionate and experienced Hospitality General Manager to lead this prestigious, hospitality-led soft FM contract. This is a high-impact leadership role where your ability to inspire teams, drive operational excellence, and exceed client expectations will directly support world-class healthcare delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the day-to-day operations of catering and hospitality across the hospital site, ensuring seamless service delivery
• Managing, coaching, and inspiring on-site teams to deliver with care, precision, and pride
• Building strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders to anticipate and exceed expectations
• Ensuring rigorous compliance with food safety
• Driving innovation and continuous improvement in hospitality and service delivery
• Overseeing budgets, resource planning, and commercial performance
• Upholding health & safety and Compass Group standards at every level

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing catering services in a healthcare
• A natural people leader with exceptional communication and motivation skills
• Strong commercial and contract management capability
• Confidence in managing client relationships and building long-term partnerships
• Deep understanding of food hygiene and healthcare compliance requirements
• Calm, resilient, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting
