RevOps Specialist
About The Role:
As we continue scaling, we are seeking a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to partner with our CCO and Commercial teams to drive efficiency, alignment, and growth across the entire revenue engine.
The RevOps Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising processes, systems, and data that support Enfuce’s commercial success. Acting as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, this role ensures that our go-to-market teams are aligned, efficient, and empowered with actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
This is a high-impact role that requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate strategy into scalable execution.
What You'll Be Doing:
Revenue Strategy & Planning:
Support the CCO and CMO in developing and executing revenue strategy, including forecasting, territory design, pipeline management and annual planning.
Define and monitor key metrics (ARR, MRR, pipeline coverage, churn, expansion) to ensure growth targets are met.
Pipeline health & forecasting:
Reliable forecasting models, in the context of multistakeholders, long sales cycles.
Drive CRM data accuracy, timely and actionable.
Commercial enablement & Revenue analytics:
Equip sales with the right tooling, collateral and insights to drive conversion improvements.
Work with the pricing analyst to standardise pricing bundles per vertical and contract processes.
Track KPI’s, cac, win rate, pipeline coverage and upsell (product utilisation) to the existing portfolio.
Identify time sensitivity in the pipeline and focus on how we improve stagnation.
Process Optimisation & Alignment:
Streamline and align sales, marketing, and customer success processes for consistency and efficiency.
Implement playbooks, workflows, and enablement practices to reduce friction across the customer journey.
Systems & Tools Management:
Own and optimise CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce or equivalent), sales engagement, and analytics tools.
Ensure data quality and integrity across systems to support accurate forecasting and decision-making.
Insights & Board Reporting:
Build dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, and customer lifecycle metrics.
Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership to improve GTM execution.
Own the commercial board pack, presented to founders and institutional shareholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as the operational partner to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leads.
Drive alignment on goals, definitions, and handoffs to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What You'll Bring:
4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS, fintech, or scale-up environment.
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, GTM processes, and revenue models (MRR, ARR, TCV).
Experience managing and optimizing CRM and GTM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Highly analytical, with proven ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
A growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
