Store Manager

Are you passionate about fashion and looking for an exciting opportunity in luxury retail? Marfa Stance, the innovative luxury outerwear brand known for its modular and buildable designs for all seasons, is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to join lead the team in a new store opening in Chelsea.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve budgets and KPI's targets and ability to analyse performance and take relevant actions on areas of improvement to develop business growth.

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience. Ensuring the team are fully trained in customer service, product knowledge and store targets.

- Utilize your retail and styling expertise to assist customers in selecting the perfect pieces and making it modular. 

- Share your knowledge of luxury brands and sustainable fashion with our clientele.

- Maintain the visual aesthetics of the shop to reflect the high standards of Marfa Stance.

- Work collaboratively with the head office team to achieve sales goals and uphold the brand’s reputation.

- Maintaining and building customer relationships by communicating via email/phone after purchase and outreaching to bring customers to the store.

 

Requirements:

- Previous management experience in retail and styling, preferably within the luxury sector.

- Strong customer service skills and a natural flair for interacting and communicating with people.

- Enthusiasm for fashion design and sustainable fashion practices.

- Sales and results driven and an excellent understanding of performance analysis to help drive the business. 

- Ability to work weekends and weekdays. Availability to be discussed during the interview process. 

- Strong customer relations and CRM experience, ideally with knowledge and own client list from the Chelsea area.
