Operations Coordinator
As the Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of daily operations, working closely with leadership, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating operational workflows across product, supply chain, logistics, and customer operations
- Managing supplier communications and tracking purchase orders, shipments, and inventory
- Supporting onboarding of new operational processes, documentation, and systems
- Assisting with compliance, health & safety, and quality assurance administration
- Preparing reports, dashboards, and operational insights for senior management
- Providing organisational support across scheduling, internal communication, and project coordination
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners
