Financial Controller
- Create and process sales and purchase invoices, receipts, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts, annual accounts, budgets, and ad-hoc reports
- Manage payroll, including salaries, bonuses, pensions, PAYE, interns, and year-end processes (P60s, P11Ds)
- Calculate and submit quarterly VAT returns for multiple entities
- Handle client onboarding, invoicing, PO requests, and debt chasing
- Complete company secretarial tasks, including confirmation statements and updating company information
- Liaise with directors on EMI scheme, office management and refurbishments
- Prepare partnership and other tax returns; liaise with pension trustees
- Support auditors and maintain compliance with financial and regulatory requirements
