A welcoming SEN school in Paddington is seeking a dedicated ABA Tutor – SEN Support to join their team from September 2025 . This is a full-time position, perfect for someone who is patient, empathetic, and eager to develop expertise in ABA while supporting pupils’ learning, communication, and wellbeing.

Situated in the heart of Paddington , the school serves pupils aged 4–16, many with autism, speech and language needs, and complex learning profiles. The school combines structured teaching methods with creative, play-based learning to help children thrive.

The Role – Graduate ABA Tutor – SEN Support
- Deliver 1:1 and small group ABA interventions for SEN pupils
- Support pupils’ emotional regulation, communication, and positive behaviour
- Work closely with the SENCO, teachers, and therapists to implement tailored support plans
- Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For – Graduate ABA Tutor – SEN Support
- Experience or strong interest in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
- Understanding of autism and SEN needs
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and adaptability
- Commitment to professional growth in ABA and SEN support
