The Role
As Administrative Officer , you will provide high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. Responsibilities will include:
Providing a professional point of contact for parents, visitors and external enquiries
Supporting communication across the school, including emails, letters and routine updates
Maintaining accurate records and supporting data entry and document management
Assisting with organisation of school events, meetings and administrative processes
Supporting pupil-related administration such as registers, reports or student services (as required)
Managing post, deliveries and general office coordination
Working closely with colleagues to ensure office systems are efficient and consistently followed
This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent written communication and the ability to manage priorities in a busy, high-expectation setting.
