Cluster Director of Sales
A great opportunity to join as a Cluster Director of Sales with a Luxury Hotel Group in London
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies across a cluster of hotels to drive revenue, market share, and profit.
Team Management:
Lead, inspire, and mentor sales and marketing teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Revenue Generation:
Maximize revenue from all hotel outlets, including rooms, restaurants, and spas, by ensuring effective pricing, distribution, and market positioning.
Client Relations:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the corporate, leisure, and events markets.
Market Awareness:
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to proactively respond and identify new commercial opportunities.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments and the revenue management team to align strategies and achieve budgeted goals.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in luxury hotel sales and leadership is essential.
- Strong understanding of both corporate and leisure sales markets.
- Expertise in sales strategy development, distribution optimization, and revenue management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship-building skills.
- Italian experience is a plus.
