The Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Family Partner to join their growing team. Working with the firms unparalleled client base, you will be building both the firms and your own representation, driving further success at this powerhouse firm.


You will handle a varied caseload, managing high-valued family matters dealing with UHNW clients in central London. Working alongside an experienced team highly ranked in the Legal 500, the role offers excellent quality of work with abundant opportunities to grow, excel and make a real impact.

Becoming a key part of this dynamic team, you will:

• Work alongside a highly experienced team. You will oversee and assist with mentoring some of the more junior lawyers in the team, heading growth of the department.
• You will take an active role in the departments business development endeavours.
• You will handle a broad caseload including high-value financial settlements, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, child arrangements and contentious proceedings.

Requirements:

• 10 + PQE years' experience in Family law.
• Denotation a strong ability for business development, bringing growth to the department.
• Extensive expertise across divorce, financial remedies, children law, pre- and post-nuptial agreements and complex family disputes.
• Leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and develop junior lawyers while working collaboratively within a dynamic, entrepreneurial team environment.
