£55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits | Hybrid (London, South East, Manchester)
Are you an experienced Cloud Operations leader who knows how to combine strategy, operational excellence and commercial growth?
InfraView is partnering with a leading UK technology solutions provider looking for a Cloud Marketplace & Operations Manager to lead two established specialist teams and help shape the strategic direction and continued evolution of its public cloud marketplace offering.
This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of Cloud, Operations, Commercial, Procurement and Digital Transformation.
The Role
You'll lead two specialist functions covering Cloud Procurement and Marketplace Cloud Enablement, with responsibility for developing the teams, improving operational performance and scaling the organisation's cloud marketplace capability.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and developing managers and established specialist teams
- Creating a high-performance, accountable and collaborative culture
- Owning and evolving the Cloud Marketplace strategy
- Driving automation, process optimisation and continuous improvement
- Overseeing cloud procurement, licensing alignment and customer onboarding
- Developing simple, scalable and digitally enabled cloud customer journeys
- Managing operational risk, governance and compliance
- Building strategic relationships with Microsoft, AWS and Google
- Working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Commercial, Billing, Risk, Legal and Vendor Alliances
- Delivering commercial insights and performance reporting to senior leadership
- Leading cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and drive commercial growth
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
You'll ideally bring:
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence and inspire
- Experience leading multiple teams, managers or operational functions
- A track record of delivering organisational change and transformation
- Experience driving large-scale operational and process improvements
- Knowledge of public cloud marketplaces
- Understanding of consumption-based cloud procurement and licensing models
- Experience working with major cloud vendors such as Microsoft, AWS and/or Google
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- The resilience and organisational skills required within a fast-moving technology business
Experience within an IT Solutions Provider, MSP, Cloud Provider, Microsoft Partner or technology services organisation would be particularly valuable.
