Account Coordinator, FOB
We are delighted to be partnering with a successful, leading licensed company, who are looking for an account coordinator to manage the FOB direct sales. Thy are a global FMCG brand that focuses heavily on licensed products tied to popular entertainment and gaming franchises. They make a wide range of products, offering something for everyone in the family! The account coordinator will bridge the customers and the internal teams. You will oversee the entire journey of the FOB direct sales. You will manage order processing, answering customer queries, ensuring goods are procured and tracked and managing discrepancies. You will be meticulous with detail because the role will manage important data and you'll have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The role involves attending previews/trade shows to build understanding of customers needs along with the Sales Managers. You will have technical expertise with Excel, Google Sheets and ERP systems, preferably Sage x3. You will have experience working with multiple teams, including operations, supply chain, credit control, procurement and with teams in the US and Asia. You will have experience dealing with changes and challenges and react in a calm professional manner. You will have experience in supply chain and account management, preferably within a global level, with experience in Asian and US markets. In return the company are offering a salary of £35-4o,000, plus an annual bonus and lots of other benefits. The role is based in central London and with hybrid working; three days in the office and two from home.
