Customer Team Member

Location: 227/233 Munster Road, Fulham, SW6 6BT

Pay: 13.85 per hour including London allowance

Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Role will include working in our in-store bakery.

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.

As a Customer Team Member, youll be part of a friendly team thats dedicated to helping our customers. Well look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do

• Friendly and thoughtful service youll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, working in our in-store bakery and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience
• Work together to make everyone's day better supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
• Make sure the store safe and legal keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
• Help introduce new products and services make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
• Support your local community get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
