Chef De Partie - 3 Michelin Star Restaurant
An exceptional opportunity has become available for a passionate Chef De Partie to join the brigade at one of London’s most respected fine dining restaurants. Awarded 3 Michelin Stars, this renowned restaurant is recognised for its uncompromising commitment to seasonal produce, precision and craftsmanship. Working with outstanding ingredients, you’ll have the opportunity to refine your skills within an ambitious and supportive kitchen that strives for excellence every day.
Responsibilities
- Running your section with confidence and consistency, preparing and presenting dishes to the highest Michelin-level standards, maintaining exceptional organisation, cleanliness and food safety, working closely with the senior chefs to ensure smooth day-to-day service, supporting the development of junior chefs.
Requirements
- Has experience within Michelin-starred kitchens, demonstrates excellent technical ability and attention to detail, has a genuine passion for seasonal ingredients and refined cooking, remains calm and organised under pressure, is eager to learn, develop and progress within an elite culinary environment.
Benefits
- £44,000 per annum package, paid overtime – hourly pay, 64-hour contract, working 5 days per week, work with exceptional seasonal produce, outstanding learning and career development opportunities.
