Revenue Operations Manager (Systems & AI) at Ardoq
Be the technical engine driving Ardoq’s GTM performance by translating complex business needs into an automated, AI-driven reality.
The Ardoq Story
Ardoq is one of Norway’s most exciting scale-ups: we are a truly global company built out of Oslo. Our SaaS platform helps organizations understand, manage, and evolve their complex digital landscape. By providing a dynamic, collaborative ‘digital twin’ of their business, we connect systems, people, and processes to drive better decision-making and accelerate digital transformation. Today, we help some of the world’s largest organizations (like ExxonMobil and British Telecom) gain clarity in a changing world. We are backed by leading global tech investors, including EQT and One Peak, giving us the stability of a mature company with the speed and soul of a startup.
About the Role
As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will ensure that our systems and technologies support our sales processes and make it easy for our customers to buy Ardoq. You’ll take a leading role in helping our sales teams maximize revenue generation through the impactful adoption of AI.
As our dedicated Salesforce Certified Administrator in Europe, you’ll be the first systems point of contact for our UK and EU revenue teams. You’ll be switching gears between hands-on troubleshooting and high-level strategy to ensure that our systems and technologies actively drive us towards our ambitious revenue targets.
What you’ll do
Bring an AI first mindset to revenue systems: Drive the AI-augmentation of Ardoq’s Revenue and Customer teams, partnering closely with our AI and Data teams to drive measurable improvements in Revenue performance and productivity.
Drive the operational success of our GTM teams: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to ensure system priorities are aligned and business needs are translated into technical reality.
Architect and maintain a scalable GTM tech stack: Ensure Salesforce and our commercial tools support flawless sales execution for every member of the Revenue and Customer teams.
Live Ardoq’s values of Bold, Caring and Driven: Help foster a high-performance culture built on mentorship, peak performance and collective success.
On a typical day, you will
Optimize Ardoq’s Salesforce instance to support evolving business needs and to drive a high level of self-service for our GTM teams.
Build, refine and integrate AI tools that help our teams confidently exceed revenue and retention targets.
Act as the go-to expert for troubleshooting system problems and fixing ad hoc issues at their source.
Document our processes to drive a culture of self-service and widespread user adoption.
Who you are
The Experience: You have a proven track record in Revenue Operations or Systems Administration, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
The Mindset: You are enthusiastic about AI and are excited to help drive AI adoption across a successful Revenue team. You are action-oriented and courageous, ready to raise system risks early and advocate for scalable solutions even when they require significant change.
The Tools: You are an advanced Salesforce Administrator with experience leveraging tools like Clari/Copilot to drive revenue, and build in AI into your daily work and delivery.
The Communicator: You can translate complex technical infrastructure into clear, actionable plans for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The Ardoq Way
We live by three core values that define how we work and treat each other:
Bold: We are ‘bold with heart’. We take risks, but we do it with empathy.
Driven: We act like owners. If this company were yours, you’d know exactly what to do.
Caring: We care enough to be candid. We deliver direct, kind, and constructive feedback to help each other grow.
Why Ardoq?
We believe that high performance is powered by wellbeing. While our goals are global, our culture is quintessentially Nordic. You’ll have access to a competitive package that supports performance, wellbeing, and long-term success:
Employee Stock Options
25 days annual leave
Enhanced parental leave
Comprehensive retirement and insurance benefits (health, travel, life)
Annual learning budget
Hybrid working policy: 2-3 days per week from our centrally located offices (London, Copenhagen, Oslo, New York).
How to Apply
Send us your CV - we’d love to hear from you! Our hiring process typically includes 4 stages: Intro screen → Chat with hiring manager → Case interview → Meet with the team. We’ll be in touch within 1 week of each step and whether it’s a yes or no, you’ll get thoughtful feedback.
Final Note: At Ardoq, every teammate has a voice. Whether you love tackling enterprise-scale challenges or improving how companies run, you’ll not only belong, you’ll impact, grow, and make work meaningful.
