Civil Design Engineers - London
Our client is seeking Civil Design Engineers to work within the water sector on a contract basis with projects based in London. This exciting opportunity involves working on a variety of infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects, including clean water and waste water projects. Key Responsibilities: Developing detailed designs for both infra and non infra water projects Working on multiple frameworks including STW, Thames, Anglian, Southern, and Southwest Water Collaborating with a diverse team of engineers and stakeholders Ensuring designs comply with relevant standards and regulations Providing technical support during project implementation Preparing detailed technical reports and documentation Utilising relevant design software to create efficient and innovative solutions Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices Job Requirements: Experience in civil design engineering within the water sector Strong technical skills in civil engineering principles Proficiency with relevant engineering design software Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Good communication and team collaboration skills Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification Understanding of IR35 arrangements and hybrid working conditions Benefits: Opportunities to work on a variety of water sector projects Collaborative and dynamic work environment Hybrid working arrangement Exposure to leading industry practices and frameworks If you are a skilled Civil Design Engineer looking for a challenging role within the water sector, we would love to hear from you.
