Junior Account Manager - Fashion
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Account Manager to join a leading fashion business. Based in the heart of London's West End, you'll be part of a collaborative team, gaining valuable exposure to all aspects of the fashion supply process, from development to delivery. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, creative environment where no two days are the same and a fantastic opportunity to develop your career.
If you're highly organised and detail-oriented, with previous experience in a similar role on the supplier or retail side including in Buying, this could be the perfect next step for you!
Main responsibilities will include:
- Support the Head of Sales & Design in managing key customer relationships across multiple apparel categories
- Assist in building and maintaining strong client connections, ensuring excellent communication and service at all times
- Provide administrative support, keeping all trackers, order details, and communications organised and up to date
- Manage sales samples, including booking in/out, tracking, and ensuring efficient sample flow across teams and clients
- Work closely with factories to support on costings, helping to ensure competitive pricing and timely responses
- Monitor market trends, in-store activity, and pricing, feeding insights back to the wider team
- Coordinate between design, production, and client teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery
Person specification:
- Previous experience in fashion or apparel, either on the supplier or retail side
- Proficiency in Excel and highly organised and accurate
- Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, proactive attitude; someone who thrives in a small team setting
- A genuine passion for the fashion industry and ambition to grow within a successful, supportive business
