Meeting and Events Coordinator
Job Details
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Meeting & Events Coordinator to join our team.
You’ll be the go-to organiser behind our daily meetings and events; booking rooms, juggling schedules, and keeping everyone in sync. From first idea to final applause, you’ll help plan, coordinate, and deliver seamless events. We’re looking for a bright graduate or someone with operations or admin experience who loves staying organised and making things happen! What you’ll be doing:- Booking and coordinating daily meetings and events, including room allocations and schedules
- Managing event logistics from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Liaising with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
- Supporting the planning and on-the-day coordination of events
- Assisting with creative tasks such as brochure design and promotional materials
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Graduate calibre or experience in operations or administrative roles
- Ideally a background in hospitality or food & beverage
- Confident using systems and technology (training provided)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional and confident liaising with a range of stakeholders
- Diplomatic, level-headed, and solution-focused approach
