We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join an Outstanding secondary school in Havering. This is a key front-facing role providing a positive first impression for visitors, parents and students.
The successful candidate will manage enquiries, handle calls and provide administrative support across the school. You will play an important role in ensuring the reception area operates efficiently and professionally at all times.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisation and a calm, professional approach.

• Maintain visitor records and safeguarding procedures
• Provide administrative support

Requirements:
• Reception or administrative experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• IT skills

• Ability to work under pressure
