Account Manager
- Draft high-stakes written materials including advisory notes, media briefing reports, speeches, op-eds, and press releases for a diverse client base.
- Manage and update client monitoring matrices across press, parliamentary, social media, and NGO sources to provide daily analytical summaries.
- Act as a primary daily point of contact for clients, managing meeting agendas, recording action points, and overseeing the delivery of specified account tasks.
- Proactively network to identify new business opportunities, contribute to strategy meetings for prospective targets, and support the organisation of marketing events.
- Oversee and supervise junior team members (such as Interns) while collaborating closely with Associate and Account Directors to ensure seamless service delivery.
