Attendance Administrator

Thomas Tallis is a flourishing and popular school situated in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. We currently have over 2000 pupils on the school roll with around 700 students in our highly competitive sixth form. We strive for excellence in all that we do underpinned by our vision of education to understand the world and change it for the better.

We wish to appoint a full time Attendance Administrator to support the Attendance Officer in monitoring whole school attendance, persistent absence and punctuality. The hours of work are 8.00am to 4.00pm. We are looking for someone with knowledge of a good working knowledge of school attendance and safeguarding procedures, excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a demanding workload. You will be part of a wider school office team who are incredibly supportive of each other and highly valued for the important role they play in supporting the day to day running of our large and busy school.

• good knowledge of attendance and safeguarding procedures

• credibility, integrity, flexibility and diplomacy

• excellent organisational and time management skills
