Housekeeper to start in September, Job ID J2227E
A busy family residing in a 5-storey private residence in SW18 is seeking an experienced, proactive, and reliable Full-time Live-out Housekeeper. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent initiative who naturally spots what needs to be done without needing constant direction. Strong, clear communication skills and a warm, positive energy are essential to seamlessly fit into this vibrant family environment. The household includes three children and a family dog. While there are no formal nanny duties, candidates must enjoy being around children and assist with daily organisation such as preparing school bags and club kits. The family regularly travels to their second home in Europe during the school half-term and Easter holidays, so the successful candidate must be freely available to travel with them when required. A confident driver would be a strong bonus.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 18:00
Duties include:
- preparing meals for the family
- cleaning antiques
- doing the mopping, hoovering, dusting
- dry cleaning
- running errands such as grocery shopping
- laundry, washing
- ironing and arranging wardrobes
- polishing silverware and marble
- washing windows and mirrors
