Painter - Bexleyheath
Painter required for a hotel refurbishment project in Bexleyheath.
Duties include preparing and painting top half of walls in male and female bathroom areas to a high standard.
Responsibilities include surface preparation, sanding, filling minor imperfections, masking, applying primer and finish coats, and ensuring clean lines and even coverage. Must maintain a tidy work area, follow health and safety procedures, and work efficiently around hotel operations. Previous commercial painting experience preferred, with attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines. Ability to work independently, use painting tools correctly, and complete tasks with minimal supervision is essential.
CSCS is not required.
