As a Senior Structural Engineer, you’ll become an integral part of a dynamic and close-knit structural team, contributing to the successful delivery of complex, high-rise residential projects. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other design professionals, ensuring innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions. We are looking for an ambitious individual who thrives on solving structural challenges. You should have a solid background in delivering medium to large-scale projects, possess excellent analytical skills, and have a strong understanding of structural design principles. What You Need To Succeed
* Proven experience delivering high-rise residential or commercial projects (15+ storeys preferred).
* Strong technical expertise in structural design and analysis.
* Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Tekla, ETABS, and Revit.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.
* Ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and mentor junior engineers.
* Understanding of UK Building Regulations and Eurocodes.
* A passion for innovation and sustainable design practices.
* Chartered with IStructE or ICE (preferred or working towards).
* MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
