Full-time Nanny/PA role in Wanstead, London, Job ID J1DE19
A lovely family in London is looking for a reliable and adaptable Full-time Nanny/PA to provide dedicated care for their school-aged children while supporting the efficient running of their household. The position will combine all standard nanny duties with a range of PA responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and flexible, with the ability to adjust to the family’s changing needs. The family is open-minded in their search and keen to find the right long-term fit. A valid first aid qualification is required.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 am or 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, some flexibility
Duties include:
- Managing detailed diary scheduling, including events, timings, locations, and contact details
- Planning and booking family holidays in advance
- Coordinating the weekly food shop
- Liaising with cleaners, builders, and other household contractors
- Organising children’s schedules, including classes, tutors, and school visits, and maintaining communication with instructors
- Booking extracurricular activities and special events for the children
- Managing household and personal orders and deliveries
- Planning and organising events, such as private dinners, parties, and arranging gifts for special occasions
