What skills and experience we're looking for

Education and Qualifications

Educated to degree level or equivalent

Qualifications in English and maths equivalent to GCSE Grade 4/C/Level 2

Recognised marketing qualification

Full driving licence

Knowledge and Skills

Strong interpersonal skills at all levels including the ability to engage with young people, parents, teachers, advisers as well as curriculum and support colleagues within the college

Excellent project management and organisation skills, able to exercise initiative and plan work independently, in order to fully complete tasks

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Knowledge of the creative industries and careers pathways

Experience

Experience working within 13-19 education, further education or higher education

Experience in devising and delivering workshops and careers activities for young people, working with young people in a classroom environment; a confident and able public speaker

Able to think strategically, plan and implement initiatives collaboratively

Ability to analyse data, to write reports, correspondence and other documentation

Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce

Able to drive personal continuous improvement
