L1 IT Support Engineer
Requirements
1-2 years' experience in IT support, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Professional, organised, and able to manage multiple requests efficiently
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for IT queries via phone, email, and face-to-face.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Support Microsoft 365 applications and provide user account management via Active Directory.
Assist with meeting room setups, AV support, and new user device configurations.
