About dunnhumby

dunnhumby is the global leader in Customer Data Science, helping the world's most ambitious retailers and brands put the customer at the heart of every decision. With nearly 3,000 experts across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas, we partner with iconic businesses like Tesco, Coca-Cola, Meijer, Procter & Gamble and Metro to turn data into growth, innovation and measurable value for their customers.

Tesco Insights

Our Tesco Insights team turns the UK’s richest source of shopper data — over 24 million Clubcard households — into the strategic intelligence that powers Tesco and its supplier partners. We help clients understand customers, shape ranges, optimise pricing and promotions, and unlock category growth through evidence-based decisions.

About the Role

We're looking for an Insights Enablement Lead to join our Tesco Insights team and help maximise the impact of our products, tools and propositions across client-facing teams. This role sits within our Insight Enablement function and plays a critical role in ensuring our Client Success teams have the capability, knowledge and support they need to deliver value for clients.

Working across a broad stakeholder landscape, you'll help shape enablement strategy, drive transformation initiatives and ensure our propositions evolve in line with client needs, business priorities and product developments.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to continuously improve how we enable teams and support client success.

  • Shaping longer-term enablement strategies and transformation initiatives that improve how our teams deliver value to clients.
  • Defining and evolving enablement propositions, frameworks and approaches across products, tools and propositions.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve solutions and ways of working by assessing value, impact and effort.
  • Connecting stakeholder requirements, product developments and business priorities to ensure enablement activities remain relevant and effective.
  • Championing innovative ways of working, including the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, accelerate delivery and enhance outcomes.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in someone who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.

  • Experience working with CPG organisations, Client Success teams or other stakeholder-facing functions.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capability, with the ability to work through ambiguity and define practical solutions.
  • Confidence balancing immediate business needs with longer-term opportunities and priorities.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences.
  • Knowledge of insight, analytics, product enablement, commercial enablement, proposition development or related disciplines.

You'll Thrive If You…

  • Enjoy bringing structure and clarity to complex challenges.
  • Can balance planning, design and hands-on execution.
  • Naturally connect people, ideas and initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Are excited by the opportunity to apply AI and new technologies to improve how teams operate.

What You Can Expect From Us

We won't just meet your expectations. We'll defy them. So you'll enjoy the comprehensive rewards package you'd expect from a leading technology company. But also, a degree of personal flexibility you might not expect. Plus, thoughtful perks, like flexible working hours and your birthday off.

And we don't just talk about diversity and inclusion. We live it every day – with thriving networks including dh Gender Equality Network, dh Proud, dh Family, dh One, dh Enabled and dh Thrive as the living proof. We want everyone to have the opportunity to shine and perform at your best throughout our recruitment process — please let your recruiter know what adjustments would help.

UK Benefits

  • Flexible benefits allowance, with the option to use any unused allowance towards pension contributions.
  • Private medical insurance through Vitality, alongside life assurance, partner life assurance, income protection and critical illness cover.
  • Aviva pension scheme with employer matching contributions of up to 7.5%.
  • Wellbeing support through the Wellness Hub and confidential employee assistance services.

Our approach to Flexible Working

At dunnhumby, we value and respect difference and are committed to building an inclusive culture by creating an environment where you can balance a successful career with your commitments and interests outside of work.

We believe that you will do your best at work if you have a work / life balance.
