• Help incorporate business resilience related activity into risk related MI and reporting, as directed by the Team’s Resilience Lead.
About you

• Experience of working within a regulated, controls-focussed environment.
• Enthusiastic about working in an asset manager and gaining broad exposure across the business, particularly RLAM’s COO Function.

• Good analytical skills including analysing trends and an interest in how to best visualise/present data.
• Basic understanding of Excel and willingness to learn about and work with new data visualisation software is essential (e.g. Power BI, Power Platform/Apps, etc).
• Drive and resilience, a calm, professional approach with the flexibility needed to juggle multiple responsibilities at once.
• Able to work effectively both as part of a team or individually, both performing and reviewing work.
• Adaptive to change/positive attitude towards organisational change and the confidence to suggest new ideas.
• Good approach to problem solving and ability to work to tight deadlines is a must.
