Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our organisation and take ownership of building a new Admin System . This role goes beyond standard backend work: you’ll be building our internal admin tools — covering UI, management interfaces, and any other features required to streamline platform operations.
This role requires a developer who can rapidly prototype and deliver solutions by leveraging AI/LLM tooling alongside traditional engineering. You’ll work with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating with the team on technical decisions and integration. This role requires a developer who is not only technically competent but also self-sufficient, pragmatic, and focused on results.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and build of a new Admin System, including UI and management tools.
Enhance existing internal admin systems, ensuring usability, speed, and security.
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using best practices and industry standards.
Work independently to rapidly deliver high-quality features with minimal oversight.
Leverage AI tools to speed up delivery and problem-solving.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring systems are robust and bug-free.
Optimize services for maximum performance and scalability.
Collaborate with product managers when needed but remain highly autonomous.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of professional development experience.
Strong expertise with TypeScript, Node.js, and MySQL .
Excellent knowledge of OOP patterns and REST API theory/modeling .
Experience building admin or back-office systems (ideally in highly regulated sectors).
Banking/financial sector background strongly preferred .
Proven ability to work independently and quickly , delivering results under tight timelines.
Experience using AI tools in development workflows.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Amazon Web Services.
Highly desirable C# and .NET Core
Background in online gambling or iGaming.
Knowledge of distributed and event-based systems.
Experience with Dependency Injection.
