Community Support Staff (Colindale)
We are seeking dedicated Community Support Staff to join our 25 acre development team at Beaufort Park (NW9). The CSS department is responsible for ensuring the development remains a safe, pleasant, and clean environment for all residents. This role involves supporting residents, the Concierge, and the management team to ensure smooth operations in accordance with company procedures and industry best practices. Training will be provided.
What Hours/rota will I be working?
Day shift from 7am to 7pm on a 4 day on, 4 day off rota. This will include weekends.
Main Duties:
- Conduct routine patrols across the development, reporting issues and maintaining accurate records.
- Respond to resident enquiries, complaints and lease contraventions, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Support the upkeep of communal areas by monitoring cleanliness, safety, parking and site compliance.
- Assist the Concierge team, support onsite events and liaise with emergency services when required.
- Monitor security, investigate incidents and escalate urgent matters appropriately.
Essential Criteria:
- Background in security/site warden role
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanour and customer service orientation.
- Flexibility to work shifts and respond to urgent issues.
- Competent IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft office products
