Demonstrable track record on international and UK-based luxury residential developments
Strong commercial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and contract negotiation
Excellent understanding of project lifecycle, including procurement, design coordination, and construction delivery
Exceptional stakeholder and client-facing skills; able to balance design ambition with commercial realism
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asta, or equivalent)
Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Willingness to travel internationally
Why This Role Matters
This is a rare chance to work at the intersection of luxury, design, and global development. As Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping architectural masterpieces - from concept through execution - for private clients who demand excellence.
